Squash Padel, also known as Padel or Padbol, is a racquet sport that originated in Mexico in the 1960s and has since gained popularity worldwide, especially in Spain and Latin America. It is a combination of tennis and squash, played in a padel squash room with walls and a net, using paddles and a pressurized ball.
The squash court size is 10 meters wide by 20 meters long, with a net dividing it in half. The walls are made of glass or concrete and the ball can be played off the walls, similar to squash. The objective of the game is to hit the ball over the net and into the opponent’s court, making it difficult for them to return it.
Squash Padel can be played in singles or doubles, and the scoring system is similar to tennis. The game is easy to learn and can be played by people of all ages and skill levels. It provides a fun and social way to exercise, while also improving hand-eye coordination and strategic thinking.
