Client’s requirement was to remodel and design the existing playing facility to create best in class football turf and optimise the revenue operations post handover. Pain points discovered while testing and planning stages were lack of water drainage, undulation in sub base, sharp edges at culvert, damaged fencing and wiring.

The turn around of completion was attained in 25 days from the date of execution, major work revolving around the issues found at planning stage and making necessary repairs to enable installation of  FIFA certified turf and allied work of fencing, infill, creating grooves for quick water drain and more.
